O2 has weighed in with its own unlimited plan - but does it rival T-Mobile's full monty and Three's One plan? With unlimited calls, unlimited texts and a generous 1GB all from £36 it's definitely an eye cathching offer. With O2 on OFCOM's best customer service provider you can't go wrong.

OFCOM recently released a customer service survey in November. O2 have climbed up the ranks considerably over the past few years and won the best overall network for customer service. Unsursprising to see that 3 are still lavishing at the bottom of the customer service table. Sam Swan summarises the OFCOM survey in her report and suggests which network may be right for you.
